Welcome
to the RALO Flow Room

A space for all

Inclusion

as practice

For decades, people with disabilities and neurodivergences — such as ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, and Autism — have struggled to communicate, feel seen or understood.
Some face challenges in expressing themselves. Others struggle to concentrate, prioritize, focus, breathe, and release.

But these challenges and feelings aren’t limited to neurodivergent people solely. Some of these feelings are part of our experience as human being and may arise also in toxic workplaces, rigid relationships, or disoriented organizations. Whenever we face inflexible systems, limiting beliefs, or simply unclear roles and expectations, something essential gets lost.

At RALO, we started with a question:
What if we started proving it?
Can tech truly become an ally to mental health?
And if so — how can we show it?

At RALO we believe that if someone sees what others don’t, that vision is a gift. And AI can be it if only not used just to accellerate productivity without thinking what can we do with the time and resources it can liberate.
And when one holds a gift, there are only two meaningful paths:
Share it. Or design it — and build spaces where others can experience it.

That’s why we created the RALO Flow Room:
To raise awareness about topics we do not often hear or see.
To create beauty that supports.
To help people feel seen, heard, and less different — regardless of their industry, background, role or beliefs. Working in legal can be pressuring. But also a way to help others. At RALO we don't claim to hold all the resposes - but we do our best to bring different perspectives also in the Legal industry.

We combine technology, purpose and design. We believe design should be Ethical. Language accessibile. Knowledge too.

We use AI to conduct research.
We experiment and run research.

We work with care bridge people from all kinds of experiences, industries and journeys.

At RALO, we use AI to explore alternative ways — Ways that include, that listen, and dare to look at things differently. At RALO we work to break through barriers.

The RALO Flow room is

Why a Flow room

Did you know
that

Only in Italy
1 child out of 77 is on the autism spectrum? Yet only a few truly understand what that means

1 out of 5 children shows signs of neurodevelopmental disorders. But most systems still expect standard behaviours and responses

Sometimes we are our worst first enemy not talking about what we are suffering of. This apply to every area of life - including work

Only in recent years people started talking about female autism. Too often misunderstood, misdiagnosed or simply ignored

Most people don't know the sign, nor how to support. We fear what we do not know - and misjudge what we do not understand.

Rigid system and taboos create invisible suffering. And what can't be seen, or explained or heard creates hurts.

Being different is not being wrong. Ask more questions. Respect uniqueness

Mental Health matters. And, NO, it doesn't matter whether you were born different or simply struggle to keep up. Mental health matters. It matters - That's all

For those who feel pressured, underestimated or misanderstood - for those who need to focus performs or simply relief. For those not seen - this space is for you

This page is intentionally one of the most colorful sections of the platform — a space designed to break rules. Some users might find it far from their usual experience. But at RALO, we know that individuals with ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, or Autism often find relief when immersed in spaces offering recurring patterns and sounds that resonate at specific frequencies. In truth, this also happens to many of us — especially when we write, think or work without even realizing it. This space, like many others on our platform, doesn't have the expectation to be the Response to such topics but it was made with care to remind ourselves we are not so different after all. We hope these elements can help make the places where you live, work, or rest as colorful and beautiful as everyday life should be. Because at RALO, we believe that everyone is different, and different doesn't mean less valid or less valuable. It simply measns Unique. While the world often looks for standardization — we chose not to.
